Healthy Impact collects information reasonably necessary to respond to inquiries, manage authorized client relationships, operate the private workspace and meet legal or contractual obligations.

Depending on the service used, this may include business contact details, account information, task and project information, uploaded documents, messages, invoice information and security/audit records.

Public-site analytics

Optional public-site analytics may collect page views, interaction events, device/browser metadata and masked session-replay data after a visitor grants analytics consent. Analytics capture is disabled on Secure Login and private client/admin workspace routes.

How information is used

Information is used to deliver services, secure accounts, manage engagements, communicate with authorized users, maintain records and improve operational reliability. Healthy Impact does not use the public website for behavioral advertising.

Private workspace

Access is role-based. Client users are limited to their authorized organization and engagement data. Sensitive documents can be classified and access-restricted.

Retention and requests

Retention depends on contractual, legal, accounting and security requirements. Requests concerning personal information should be submitted through Contact.
