We are senior executives with a successful track record of generating growth and enterprise value through strategic deals, including acquisitions, partnerships, joint ventures and strategic venture capital investments.

Our principals’ unique experience milestones include having:

  • Acquired, integrated and operated over 50 U.S. target businesses
  • Generated total enterprise value in excess of $20B (realized exits)
  • Grown the U.S. operations of multiple non-U.S.-based global corporations
  • Served diverse publicly-traded (exchange-listed) companies in sizes ranging from middle-market businesses to Fortune 10 enterprises.
  • Served privately-held companies, including family-owned businesses of significant size and scale

What We Do

We help non-U.S. multinationals enter the U.S. market or expand and optimize their existing U.S. presence through acquisitions, partnerships, joint ventures and other strategic collaboration transactions with desirable existing U.S. target companies.

What Differentiates Us

  • We are buy-side strategic / corporate principals, an extension of your organization – we think and operate with the same mindset as you – long-term ownership and operation of businesses that increase overall shareholder value for the global enterprise
  • We operate in the best interests of our client, regardless of potential transaction size, number of transactions, timing of the transactions and level of complexity. That said, we work closely with investment bankers if and when our client engages bankers.
  • Our unique expertise is enabling non-U.S. multinationals to enter and expand in the U.S. through partnerships and acquisitions. We have served multiple middle market and large European, [ Asian and Latin American ] exchange-listed companies.

Who We Are Not

  • We are not investment bankers / agents / intermediaries. We do not get compensated by one-time fees at deal closing calculated as % of the deal value, and therefore we are not incentivized to pursue transactions that could be larger and/or faster than optimal for our client.
  • We are not traditional strategy consultants. Our main product is not the compilation of market studies filled with theoretical frameworks that end up as shelf reference materials.
